This is a Public Charitable Trust established for the promotion of public charitable purposes and it is expressly declared that no part of the Trust property or its income shall be applied for any purpose, other than public charitable purposes, and no part of the income or funds of the Trust shall be divided among the members by way of profit, dividend etc. and further, the funds of the Trust shall not be utilized in any manner repugnant to the provisions of Sec. 13(1)C of the Income Tax Act.
