Pravasi Conclave Trust is providing a unified platform for Pravasi Indians and their Associations all over the world to open up new possibilities for their economic, political and social interaction and growth by augmenting their inherited culture, value systems and social and economic

outlook through the experiences and expertise they have gathered out of the Pravasi life and to

facilitate a dynamic link with the Pravasi Indian diaspora and their experience, expertise and

entrepreneurship for the invigoration of the Pravasi Indian Community at large, and the country, India.

Pravasi Conclave Trust is desirous of providing efficient solutions for home maintenance, upkeep, and design for properties of NRIs who are the affiliated organisations/members of the Trust.Maintenance services including customised interior design solutions to farm

development, and property maintenance and rental services, offering a broad spectrum of tailor-made solutions when it comes to taking care of their precious property wherever situated in Kerala and recommends the services for those who are PCT’s affiliated organisations/members who are basically NRI’s having membership in PCT’s

affiliated Malayali Associations from United States of America and other parts of the world.

“Maintenance Services” shall mean and include the following services:

1. Cleaning Service on the properties such as Homes, Villas, Flats, Apartments and Commercial Spaces.
2. Painting works if uncared for wear off in the rough and humid climate of Kerala. Rework required due to any damages on the painting job will be done free of cost during this period. We will use the highest grade best brands of paints for our works.
3. Carpentry and masonry works of members property.
4. Plumbing and Electrical works in the property of the members.
5. Interior Designing of warm shell properties, build-out, built-to-suit, and even ready-to-occupy properties. PCT can provide any changes and revamps in interior design including modular design.
6. Services such as payments of property/building taxes, KSEB and Water charges etc on behalf of the owner/s of building/property
7. Farm Development:  Farm development services where PCT make your land productive and help it reap its returns even when you are away. Through soil samples, we will understand the fertility levels of the soil and with a team of experts, help the land to develop into a productive space growing fruits or vegetables whichever suits you best. This way PCT not only help your land flourish in greenery, we help in land development and agricultural cause too. Adding to this domestic farming which includes providing or facilitating cows and goats for members domestic purpose for building a beautiful farm house with a purpose to stay in a leisure environment.
8. Rental and Fleet Service through rental service, we will help you to rent out your property in India, without you having to spend time or effort trying to find a client in India. PCT will help you as an intermediary in renting out your property, standing on your behalf and helping you arrive at a rental agreement too. All the necessary groundwork and paperwork are initiated and handled by us from Kerala. With our fleet services, you do not need to rely on any taxi services for coming from and going to the airport. Timely and professional service, well-maintained and luxury sedans and MUV’s are always available for your service when you are in Kerala.
