Management Of The Trust
The management of the day- to- day affairs of the Trust shall be vested with the Executive Committee as herein after provided.
The Executive Committee of the Trust is the administrative body of Pravasi Conclave. The Executive committee shall consist of the Chairman, President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Trust appointed by the Board of Trustees from among its members and not more than two other members of the Trust, appointed by the Board of Trustees to represent the functional arms of the Trust, to execute the decisions of the Board of Trustees on all matters involving the general administration of the Trust.
The Executive Committee of the Trust shall meet as often as required and at least once in two months. One of the members of the Executive committee, appointed as the Secretary by the Board of Trustees shall maintain the minutes of the meeting duly signed by the person presiding over the meeting and shall circulate the same among the members of the executive Committee and the Board of Trustees and also shall serve the notice of the meeting to all the trustees at the direction of the Board of Trustees.
The meeting of the Executive Committee shall be presided over by Chairman or the President or any member appointed by the Board of Trustees as such in case of their absence.
There shall be adequate communication for the meeting through WhatsApp group of the Board of Trustees seven days prior to such meeting, unless waived by the ¾ majority of the Board of Trustees.
The quorum for the meeting of the Executive Committee shall be four members.
Trustees can also attend the meeting of the Executive Committee and also the meetings may be conducted through tele-conferencing or video conferencing.
All the questions at any meeting of the Executive Committees hall be decided as far as possible by consensus and in case if there is no consensus, on any point, it may be referred to the Board of Trustees for a final decision.
Decisions can also be taken by circulation of note among the members of the Executive Committee, through WhatsApp or Email, provided always that in case of meetings conducted through WhatsApp Groups, there should be a period of discussion of one week and the points of discussion should be presented and approved before the discussion period of one week and the minutes of such meeting shall be circulated among all the members within two weeks of such decision making.
The First Executive Committee shall consist of six persons selected from among the Settlor and the other functional arms of the conclave as provided in Clause
